The Presentation Model illustrates the design of a home at the highest level of detail. Siding, roofing and
window colors/styles are all detailed. Even trees, shrubs and flowers are placed on the lot to provide
an accurate feel for how the home will interact with its environment. Clients become intimately involved
with their new home with this sort of presentation and are better able to absorb the color, texture and massing.
