EVERGREEN, Colorado, April 11, 2003 – Ken Pieper & Associates, Inc. (KPA) has launched a web
site for Stone Mountain Cabins, a collection of cabin home plans. The cabins are available in a variety
of square footage dimensions and all feature rustic log details.

Ken Pieper ,owner of KPA and residential designer, created this collection in response to the search
for solitude and retreat from today’s busy and hectic times. Throughout his over 35 years of designing,
he observed that homeowners across the country sought an environment that would provide them
with a respite from their everyday living, on a modified scale.

By blending rustic details with authentic log materials, these plans provide a sense of retreat and
connection with nature. Although homeowners may choose plans from only 308 square feet to a
generous 2,583 square feet, they receive details that truly qualify as “legacy architecture.” Massive
log timbers, unique peaked roofs, and large-scaled rock accents all convey a sense of permanence
and lasting value. With these elements the cabin someone selects for a weekend escape is able
to become a permanent place of retreat.

The Stone Mountain Cabins web site allows visitors to view all elevations for any of the 24 plans,
along with detailed floor plans. After review, clients may purchase the plans online. Advice is available
in the FAQ section on how many sets should be ordered and how to accommodate for changes needed
to customize the plans to an individual site. KPA is also available to make alterations upon request.
